We pride ourselves in taking our time to make everything as it used to

be… using traditional recipes. We also try to be as green as possible if

you return your pots we re-use them; we use local produce

as much as possible; produce our labels from old files using

local friends daughters (cheers girls); use natural string…

etc. We do try!
